Peter Framson

Peter Framson was the Director of Trammell Crow's Mid-Atlantic Retail Services Division.  Mr. Framson was previously a principal with KLNB, where he was instrumental in growing their retail brokerage business in the Washington/Baltimore region.  Prior to joining KLNB, he was a partner with Palisades Realty & Development Corporation until its June 1994 merger with Faison Associates.  After the merger, Mr. Framson was Managing Director, Retail Development in Faison's Northeast office.  Mr. Framson has spent his entire career as a retail real estate professional specializing in tenant representation, project leasing, and development.  Mr. Framson has represented tenants such as Home Depot, AMC Theatres, The Limited, Service Merchandise, Galyan's Stores and B.J.'s Wholesale Club.  Additionally, Mr. Framson has represented owner/developers such as Prudential Insurance, Simon-DeBartolo Properties, and ERE Yarmouth.  Mr. Framson has been associated with the sales, leasing, and development of over 10 million square feet.  Today, Mr. Framson is the Principal of Green Light Retail Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate firm.  Activities include site selection, merchandising, and leasing of all owned properties, and third party representation working with several divisions of Sears in the Mid Atlantic region (Great Indoors, Sears, NTB), Off-Broadway Shoes, 7-11, Forman Mills, CBL and continues work for AMC Theatres in Washington and Philadelphia.
